Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive Commissions & Booking Retainer

To preserve our uncompromising standard of craft and provide undivided personal attention, Vow Weddings accepts a strictly limited calendar of 24 commissions per calendar year. Dates are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of:

• A fully signed Vow Weddings Service Agreement.
• A non-refundable booking retainer deposit.

Note: No date is held or reserved based on verbal inquiries or informal correspondence alone.

2. Copyright & Comprehensive Personal Release

Under statutory copyright law, Vow Weddings retains original intellectual property rights to all photographs, raw footage, audio recordings, and cinematic films produced during the commission.

• Client License: Couples receive an unlimited, perpetual personal print and digital share release. You are free to print albums, share high-res imagery with family, and post deliverables on personal social media channels.
• Commercial Restriction: Commercial use, resale, or sub-licensing of any photographs or films by third-party wedding vendors without prior written authorization from Vow Weddings is strictly prohibited.

3. Artistic Discretion & RAW File Policy

Our signature aesthetic blends documentary honesty with refined editorial vision. By commissioning Vow Weddings, you trust our artistic judgment, color grading, sequence editing, and narrative curation:

• No RAW / Unedited Delivery: We do not deliver unedited RAW files or unedited video clips under any circumstances. RAW files represent incomplete building blocks and do not reflect our finished standard of art.
• Editorial Finality: All delivered imagery undergoes custom color-correction and editing to meet our signature editorial look.

4. Delivery Timelines

Crafting heirloom storybooks and cinematic films requires time, patience, and meticulous attention to detail:

• Highlights Preview: A curated sneak-peek gallery of key moments is delivered within a few days following your celebration.
• Complete Deliverables: Your final online password-protected high-res gallery and edited cinematic films are delivered within 8 to 12 weeks post-event.

5. Travel, Accommodation & Logistics

For destination weddings and travel outside Bengaluru, the client is responsible for covering round-trip travel logistics (flights, local transfers, and secure hotel accommodations for crew members) as outlined in the individual contract agreement.

6. Cancellations & Date Rescheduling

In the event of event rescheduling, Vow Weddings will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date without penalty, subject to calendar availability. If Vow Weddings is unavailable on the revised date, or in the event of an event cancellation, the initial retainer remains non-refundable as compensation for holding calendar availability.

7. Safe & Collaborative Working Environment

Our team works best in a calm, respectful environment. We require a safe environment free from harassment, intimidation, or physical hazard. Vow Weddings reserves the right to suspend coverage immediately if team members face threatening or hostile behavior.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts.
